The Board may adjourn into executive session pursuant to the following provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act: |

Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.

IV.A.2. Texas Government Code Section 551.082, to conduct a meeting to deliberate in a case involving discipline of a public school child.

IV.A.3. Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to conduct a meeting to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.
