10.D.1. Hidden Valley High School teacher Dale Fisher requests approval for out-of-state travel to San Diego, California, May 21-23 to attend the 'Coming Home' marketing conference.  All expenses of the conference are being paid by Perkins funding.

Lorna Byrne principal Damian Crowson requests approval to take the eigth grade students (approx 60) to Six Flags Discovery Kingdon in Vallejo, California from May 20-22, 2010 for an education event called "Science and Math Day".  The total cost of the trip, including transportation,  is being paid by student fundraising. There is no cost to the district.
10.D.3. Fleming principal Greg Tardieu requests approval for band teacher Jerry Wilder to take the 8th grade band students on their annual trip to Six Flags in Vallejo, California, May 21-23, 2010.  There is no class time lost and no cost to the district.
10.D.4. Fleming principal Greg Tardieu requests approval for student to participate in the annual East Coast trip to Washington D.C., New York, and Philadelphia with EF Tours/Smithsonian, June 12-20, 2010.  Fleming teachers Chris Jelderks will lead the trip including 20 students, three staff members and three parents. This is a student-paid trip that is fully insured with EF Tours.  All expenses have been paid by the students.
