This month the administration presents recommendations for renewal, extension, non-renewal, or non-extension of contracts for employees covered by the licensed collective bargaining agreement and, per ORS Chapter 342, regarding contracts for existing staff. By law, the District is required to provide written notice to employees hired under TSPC licenses by March 15 of contract renewal or non-renewal under ORS 342.153.
