5.A. Superintendent Evaluation Targeted Feedback Survey Planning
Description:
Janet Avila-Medina, OSBA Board Development Specialist, will guide the board through planning for the Superintendent Evaluation Targeted Feedback Survey, including selecting priority standards and reviewing participant groups.

5.B. SOESD Local Service Plan (LSP) 2026-2027
Description:

Superintendent Angle-Hobson will present the 2026-2027 Local Service Plan for the Board's approval. The 2026-27 Local Service Plan (LSP), developed with input from component district superintendents and the SOESD administrative team, will be presented to the board. Each year, the SOESD board approves the LSP before it is taken to component district boards in February. For the plan to be adopted, at least two-thirds of the component districts—representing at least 50% of the region’s students—must approve it.
RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the 2026-2027 SOESD Local Service Plan.

5.D. Oregon Association of Education Service Districts (OAESD) Election
Description:

The SOESD Board of Directors has one consensus vote to cast in the election to the OAESD Chair-Elect position. Two candidates have been nominated by the ESD boards upon which they serve. Their bios are included in your packet as you consider how to vote. The board's ballot is due to OAESD by February 27, 2026.
