I. Public Comments:
Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker, except that non-English speakers requiring a translator are limited to six minutes. The presiding Board officer may modify or waive these time limits as appropriate. Public comment shall not be used for personal attacks by the speaker against District employees or students. Speakers who engage in personal attacks or use insulting, profane, threatening or abusive language shall be ruled out of order by the presiding Board officer and may be escorted from the Board meeting room by District peace officers or security staff. Any concerns or complaints regarding individual District employees, students, or parents must be resolved via the appropriate complaint process, as stated in Board Policy BED (Local). Pursuant to section 551.042 of the Texas Government Code, no Board Member or Administrator may respond to a member of the public regarding an item that is not listed on the agenda, unless such response is a recitation of District policy or a statement of specific factual information.

II.C. Presentation and discussion from District Administration regarding state and District mandates on teacher training and paperwork reduction efforts and matters incident thereto
III. Listed below are the instructional items to be reviewed by the Instructional Committee with recommendations for action to be made at the next Regular Board Meeting:
III.A. First and final reading of policy EIC (LOCAL) - Academic Achievement: Class Ranking regarding Grade Equivalence for Advanced Placement (AP) and College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
III.B. Approval of Low Attendance Day Waiver - Remote Conferencing
III.C. Approval of Boundary Changes effective for the 2023-2024 school year for the following Lyndon B. Johnson Elementary Feeder Schools: Veterans Elementary to Roosevelt Elementary; Veterans Elementary to Perez Elementary; Perez Elementary to Arndt Elementary.
III.D. Approval of Boundary Changes effective for the 2023-2024 school year for the following campuses: San Isidro Elementary to Roberto J. Santos Elementary; Herrera Middle School to United Middle School; United High School to John B. Alexander High School. 
III.E. Approval of Boundary Changes effective for the 2023-2024 school year for the following United South Elementary/Middle feeder schools: Bonnie Garcia Elementary to Killam Elementary and Salinas Elementary to Ruiz Elementary; United South Middle to Gonzalez Middle.
