Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations Griffin Sonntag will make a brief presentation outlining major components of the budget proposal and changes from last month's tentative budget presentation. Following the presentation, any School Board questions will be addressed. Subsequently, questions from the public will be addressed.

1. Outdoor Education (overnight) to Oregon, IL
2. Student Council leadership conference (overnight) to Springfield, IL 
3. Other trips as scheduled by the staff and approved by the administration

The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or specific volunteers of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor in a park, recreational, or educational setting, or a volunteer of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity. However, a meeting to consider an increase in compensation to a specific employee of a public body that is subject to the Local Government Wage Increase Transparency Act may not be closed and shall be open to the public and posted and held in accordance with this Act. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).

Description:
 This month, the district received the following Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
  1. From Owen Wang at the South Cook News seeking the name, title, work location, and salary of district staff members.  
  2. A list of student activities and clubs, along with the sponsor(s) of the activity/clubs.
  3. A copy of each school calendar for the upcoming school year.
  4. The official enrollment for each school.
  5. A list of new teachers and retiring teachers.
