This month, the district received the following Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
1. Tom Lisowski requested a copy of the district's latest demographic report from demographer John Kasarda
2. Tom Lisowski requested copies of the "past three" demographic reports filed before 2019.

Following Board approval of the amendments and adoption of the official budget, several budget-related documents will be circulated for signature:
1.  Budget title page (requires signature of all Board members present)
2.  Certification of Anticipated Revenues
3.  Certification of Budget
4. Resolution to adopt the FY24 Budget

Business Manager Griffin Sonntag will make a brief presentation outlining major components of the budget proposal and changes from the tentative budget provided last month. Following the presentation, any School Board questions will be addressed. Subsequently, questions from the public will be addressed.

Board policy 6.240 requires approval on any overnight field trips and trips that require 200 miles (or more) from school.  Our overnight field trips or field trips that are more than 200 miles from school include.
1. Outdoor Education (overnight) to Oregon, IL
2. 8th Grade trip (overnight) to Sandusky, OH
3. Student Council leadership conference (overnight) to Springfield, IL 
4. Other trips as scheduled by the staff and approved by the administration
