Description:
End of year requests for disposal of property have been received and/or requested by the Tech Department and Student Services Department. We are putting the disposal resolutions into proper order for the review at the committee meeting and presentation to the BOE.

II.C. Workers Compensation Renewal
|
|
|
Description:
The District has currently received three (3) proposals for its Workers Compensation Insurance program for FY20. All 3 proposals provide savings from FY19. This is key because the District is set to experience an increase in its payrolls (as it does every year) as well as a 7% increase in its claims and payout experience in FY19. Alliant/Mesirow Insurance Services, the District's current broker has also stated that it is providing some feedback to the two companies from which it has provided competitive quotes based upon conversations regarding the District's payroll and implementation of certain loss control components that assist in lowering/controlling costs.
Any updated proposals will be provided at the meeting for discussion. |

Description:
Upon discussion with the District's auditors, the FY19 Amended Budget will include modifications presented in the attached memorandum. The amended budget form will be available at the Board meeting on June 12th for execution.

Description:
Discuss the dollars remaining in the budgets of the buildings for decision on what monies will be permitted , if any, for use in FY20 as "carry-over" funds. The administration is recommending that the remaining funds in each building be prorated for use by 25%-50% of total water remaining.
