Subject:	II.A. Discuss approval of Eisenhower Summer HVAC Retrofit Proposal
Description: We will discuss the recommendation for approval of the proposal for the completion of the retrofit of the HVAC system at Eisenhower to occur this summer. Construction documents were created by ARCON and AMSCO Engineering. Based upon those documents, two proposals were sought from qualified mechanical engineering contractors. The first proposal is from EMCOR, the contractor that performed the retrofits in the pilot areas last year. The second proposal is from First Point Mechanical, the District's current HVAC service contractor. The Business Office and Department of Buildings and Grounds recommends the approval of the Emcor proposal.

Subject:	II.B. Discuss Survey Proposal
Description: We will discuss the recommendation for the approval of the survey proposal brought forward to establish the property boundaries and property structures buildings on the main campus. CAGE Civil Engineering was selected because of their work as a sub contractor with ARCON and the satisfaction with the work performed in advance of the Eisenhower Summer Paving Work. The Business Office and Department of Buildings and Grounds recommends approval of the proposal. Additionally, the Arlington Heights Park District has been contacted and we await their response on the sharing of costs.

Description: We will discuss the recommendation(s) for the Maintenance Supervisor (and Maintenance Technician/Custodial Services Supervisor).

Description: We will discuss the bond abatement resolution for the transfer of the bond proceeds from the Working Cash Fund to the eventual deposit into the Capital Project Fund for completion of projects for which the bonds were issued.

Subject:	II.G. Discuss identification of funds for litigation of HVAC issues
Description: We will discuss a process by which the BOE, by resolution, can identify funds for the purpose of litigation. This way there is not a concern over payment of legal fees. Once the litigation is concluded, any remaining monies could be transferred into Fund 60 for the purpose of completing the HVAC, or any other, capital projects.
