1.  Contract for Materials Testing and Observation Services with GME Consulting Services, Inc. (GME) for the Technical Campus and AMEC Foster Wheeler Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. (AMEC) for the Wylie Campus
2.  Authorize the District President or Designee to Negotiate and Execute a No-Cost Letter of Commitment with Trane Comprehensive Energy Solutions to Validate Energy Savings Identified in the Phase 1 Study
3.  Selection of Architects for the Celina Campus (Bond), Farmersville Campus (Bond), IT Center of Excellence at the Frisco Campus (Bond), and Police Headquarters at the McKinney Campus (Operations)
