3.B. Discuss and Consider Action to Approve the 2023-2024 Bus Drivers Rate of Pay Increase

Description:
In accordance with policy code DEA, changes to the rate of pay must be approved by the Board.
My recommendation is for the board to approve the increase in the rate of pay for bus drivers by $2.00 an hour. Or My recommendation is for the board to approve the increase in the rate of pay for bus fivers by $3.00 an hour. |
3.C. Discuss and Consider Action to Approve a Resolution for Dual Credit Program Tuition

Description:
The district has an opportunity to pay the college credit tuition costs for its students. The administration will present an overview of the benefits of the program as well as the financial implications of this decision.

4.B. Bond Capacity and Tax Rate Analysis

Description:
John Robuck, the district's financial advisor, currently serves as the Managing Director of BOK Financial Securities, Inc. He will provide an overview of the district's current bond capacity and present the tax implications of different bond package values. He will also be available to answer questions and receive requests for additional information from the board.
