VII.A. Discussion and possible action to enter an order approving the City to purchase, pursuant to section 34.05(h) of the Texas Property Tax Code, of certian real property previously struck off to the Tax Entities in-trust pursuant to Section 34.01 of the Texas Property Tax Code for delinquent ad valorem taxes for the proposed bid described in Exhibit A

Discussion and possible action to enter an order approving the sale, pursuant to section 34.05 of the Texas Property Tax Code, of certain real property previously struck off to the Tax Entities in-trust pursuant to Section 34.01 of the Texas Property Tax Code for delinquent ad valorem taxes and allow the Public Sale of the properties for the proposed minimum bid described in Exhibit A

VIII. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will convene in closed meeting as authorized by Texas Opens Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, et seq. for possible: Gov’t Code 551.072 (Real Property), 551.074 (Personnel Matter), 551.071 (Attorney Consultation) regarding real property, appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee or to hear complaints or charge against a public officer or employee. The Board may go into closed session on any other item on the agenda not listed as a closed session item if the Board finds it necessary to desirable and such closed session is permitted under Chapter 551, Subtitle A, Title 5 of the Texas Government Code.

VIII.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code §§ 551.071 and 551.0821, consultation with school attorney regarding threatened litigation and deliberation concerning a matter regarding a public school student that will necessarily reveal personally identifiable information about the student.
