I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLOSED SESSION: 

• Pursuant to Texas Government Code §§ 551.071 and 551.0821, consultation with school attorney regarding pending litigation and possible settlement of Pleasanton Independent School District v. Student, Before a Special Education Hearing Officer for the State of Texas; Docket No 113-SE-0623.
• The Board may go into closed session on any other item on the agenda not listed as a closed session item if the Board finds it necessary to desirable and such closed session is permitted under Chapter 551, Subtitle A, Title 5 of the Texas Government Code.

III. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION: 

• The Pleasanton ISD Board of Trustees will reconvene to take possible action for items considered in closed session. 
• Consideration and possible action concerning pending litigation and possible settlement of Pleasanton Independent School District v. Student, Before a Special Education Hearing Officer for the State of Texas; Docket No. 113-SE-0623.
