Description:  Janet Rankin, Molly Linssen, and Chad Black will be at the meeting to discuss the Strategic Planning Process and their perspectives.

4.D. HB 690 School Safety Training is due by September 30 for Board of Trustees.

4.E. 2022-2023 Communication plan
Description:  A committee was created to begin addressing the need for better communication.  This committee will continue to have ongoing discussions to constantly work on efficient, dependable, and reliable communication. The members include Madison Zimmer, Mattie Leamon, Chelsi Underwood, D'Ann Gonzales, and Ky Markum.
4.F. 2022-2023 Athletic Handbook
Description:  This will be at the meeting (maybe).
4.G. Review Gray County Appraisal District 2023 Proposed Budget
Description:  The proposed budget will be at the meeting.

Description:  The recommended prices below are based on the PLE Calculation Tool provided by TDA, which is to increase student prices by $0.10 for the 2022-2023 year.
Student breakfasts: $1.70
Student lunch: $2.95
Adult breakfast: $3.00  (increase of $.25)
Adult lunch: $4.50 (increase of $0.40)

The school will have a cafeteria audit this year.  The prices are based on state guidelines in order to be compliant for the audit. 
5.H. Discussion and possible action to Order an Election for the November 8, 2022 school board trustee positions. 
5.I. Discussion and action to approve salary increase for admin and hourly employees for the 2022-2023 year
5.J. Discussion and possible action to approve Roberts County 4-H being granted extracurricular status and allow Sterlin Scott to be an adjunct faculty member of MISD.
5.K. Pursuant to Texas Government Code §§ 551.076 and 551.089, deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation of, security personnel or security devices; pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.074, deliberate the possible appointment of school marshals.
