Description:
Our audit for the 2022-2023 year will be presented by Sheldon & Johnson.

4.B. Consider and/or approve updating policy CH (Local) and CV (Local).
Description:
This change will increase the amount in which the Superintendent has authority to make budgeted purchases of goods or services and contracted services to $25,000.

4.C. Consider and/or approve the Senior Trip for the class of 2024.
Description:
In the December 2023 meeting, the plans for the Senior trip were discussed in Public Comment/Open Forum. We would like to get this formally approved to allow for the planning and purchasing to continue.

Description:
We have two suburbans that we would like to begin accepting bids for. We need to discuss setting a minimum bid and the process for sale.
