II. Property Transfer Request
Description:  Ingham ISD received a valid property transfer petition from William and Alaina Burghardt representing multiple houses (180) within the Hawk Nest subdivision. This request is asking for property transfers from the Lansing School District to the East Lansing Public Schools.

Description:  This item is for contracted Parent Liaison services for the Great Start Collaborative and Parent Ambassador services for the Local Leadership Group.   The services are grant funded and are for the October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021 grant year, if awarded.    
IV.C. WTC Culinary Program Food Purchases
Presenter:  Jamie Engel
Description:  The Wilson Talent Center’s Culinary program purchases food supplies for classroom instruction and catering from several vendors. Two of the main vendors used are Sysco and US Foods.
IV.D. Vocational Rehabilitation Services Agreement

Description:  Ingham ISD has participated for many years in an interagency agreement with Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) for vocational rehabilitation services for eligible special education students. MRS is a unit of the State of Michigan.  The current agreement is for the period of October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. The Ingham ISD share of the agreement is $69,000.  
IV.E. Work-based Learning Agreement 
Presenter:  Emily Brewer
Description:  Peckham Inc. provides services to Ingham ISD for our work-based learning programs through their School-to-Work (STW) and Youth Career Development (YCD) services. The programs are designed to meet the vocational training needs of young adults ages 16-26 and includes paid work experience, work skill training and behavioral adjustment to the work environment to prepare individuals for the challenge of community-based employment. This agreement is for the 2020-2021 school year.
IV.F. CODA Music Therapy
Presenter:  Emily Brewer
Description:  This item is for purchased services from CODA Music Therapy Service LLC to provide Music Therapy/Adapted Music Education for Heartwood and Evergreen students for the 2020-21 school year.
IV.G. Audiology and Storage Space Lease

Description:  This action item is to authorize the superintendent to finalize and execute a lease agreement for the Special Education - Audiology program and Itinerant Services storage space.

VI.B. Custodial Services Contract Addendum
Presenter:  Becky Hills
Description:  An addendum has been added to the board-approved contract between Ingham ISD and Peckham, Inc. for additional custodial services.  The addendum increases the contract amount for two additional staff at the contracted hourly rate of $22.03 per hour for 8 hours per day as needed throughout the 2020-21 school year to continuously walk all buildings disinfecting high touch areas.
VI.C. Emergency Electrical Repair Services
Presenter:  Becky Hills
Description:  On August 25, 2020, during construction of the Heartwood playground, a contractor accidentally severed unidentified underground electrical cables cutting power to all buildings on campus requiring emergency electrical repair services.  The electrical repair services were procured from RESA Power Service from Wixom, MI, a sub-contractor of our board-approved electrical vendor Consolidated Electric in the amount of $26,711.50.
