6.D.15. New Timeclock
Description:

These are the requirements for the new ESST leave:

The earned sick and safe time hours the employee has available, as well as those that have been used in the most recent pay period, must be indicated on the employee’s earnings statement that they receive at the end of each pay period.  Earned sick and safe time must be paid at the same hourly rate employees earn from employment. Employees are not required to seek or find a replacement for their shift to use earned sick and safe time. They may use earned sick and safe time for all or part of a shift, depending on their need.

Our current time clock system does not allow us to track PTO on it. By switching we will be compliant with the above requirement as well as increasing our accuracy and efficiency by eliminating the spreadsheets that are maintained to track PTO usage.

8. Authorizer Update
Description:
Sounding Board, December 2023. Suggestions for the Creation, Adoption, and Implementation of a Complaint Policy.  Please review.

Dear Jared, Holly, Annette, and EE Coordinators,

Please see the attached FY23 EE Formative Evaluation for Crosslake Community School. Please include in your next board packet and discuss it at your next Board meeting.

Osprey Wilds recommends reviewing the summarized results from this formative evaluation as you implement the ELP for this year. Next year, the school will be evaluated as a part of the renewal process, and this will entail a review of the EE results throughout the term of the contract with the primary evidence being results from this current year’s ELP.

The remaining months this school year provide an opportunity to strengthen your cumulative EE evaluation by closely monitoring and adjusting your ELP to ensure that you collect and reach the goals set in your ELP. If there are any anticipated challenges you foresee in attaining the goals in the ELP, reach out to me so that we can discuss and approve revisions or additions to the 2023-2024 ELP.

Let me know if you have any other questions about this feedback.

Sincerely,
Addie
