This meeting of the Westwood Independent School District is called to order. Let the record show that a quorum of board members is present.  Please turn off or silence all cell phones, pagers, and electronic devices.  WISD school board handles school business in a transparent and open manner; therefore text messaging during board meetings is considered inappropriate and will not be allowed.  At the start of the Board meeting, the Chair (or Vice Chair) of the Board will call the meeting to order. All matters noted and listed on the agenda, in any category, may be considered for action in any order at the discretion of the Board Chair. Items not so noticed may be discussed at the discretion of the Board Chair, but cannot be considered for action.
