The purpose of this agenda item is to provide an update on the schedule and finances for the Middle School project. An updated financial report related to contingency funds and change orders has been attached. Administration will review the updates to this months report. 

We have attached two documents regarding future change orders that we would like to discuss with the committee. These change orders relate to the outdoor complex at the Middle School. The changes include a new fence line around the property, a storage shed, and track and field equipment. The shed will be in the range that requires Facility Committee approval. Please consider the attachments to be drafts at this time. 

The purpose of this agenda item is to review our standard agenda item for district-wide capital maintenance requests. Attached please find the capital maintenance tracking spreadsheet for June. Also attached please find capital maintenance requests for June. Administration will review the robotic vacuums and floor scrubbers and discuss the use of this technology in school buildings. The Facility department would like to test out this equipment in several buildings before making similar requests for the new Middle School.

Administration is also requesting feedback on the topic of the girls' gymnastics floor. The existing floor is dated and was purchased used from another district when we started our gymnastics program. Options for replacement could include the 25-26 school year in the High School or waiting for the 26-27 school year when the Gymnastics Program can move to the existing Middle School Gym and keep the floor in place throughout the season.
