Belt Line Road, described as 3.2534 acres situated in the McKinney and Williams Survey, Abstract No. 1054, Dallas County, Texas; and, once finalized, authorizing the Board President to execute the agreements, deed, and any other documents necessary to affect the conveyance of the property in lieu of condemnation
