Description:
At the request of the Board, the proposed calendar was sent to all employee groups for input.  No feedback has been received.  It is recommended the Board approve the 2022-2023 School Calendar on a second reading.

Description:
On November 2, 2021, voters approved $279 Million in bonds.  A Parameters resolution is a legal requirement that initiates the bond issuance process. With our financial advisors from Stifel Public Finance, we are preparing to enter the market for the first issuance of bonds up to $90 Million.  It is recommended the Board approve the Parameters Resolution.

Description:
Highlights of the annual independent audit will be presented.  Currently, Financial Statements are being finalized and will be presented to the Audit Committee on November 30th.  It is recommended the Board approve the Independent Auditors Report.
