Motion to employ Dr. David Palzet as Superintendent of District 107 beginning July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018, at a base annual salary of $175,000, contingent upon the completion of mutually acceptable terms and conditions of employment, performance goals, and benefits as incorporated into a formal Employment Agreement to be approved at the Board's March Board Meeting. |
