Description:
Position has been posted and recruitment is underway. The full list of summer workers will be presented at the June 12 Board Meeting. We anticipate starting summer workers as early as June 10th. Is the committee agreeable to allow summer workers to start work prior to June 12 Board Meeting as long as all paperwork has been submitted and background checks have been completed?

II.F. IGA for D21 Summer School Use of MacArthur
|

Description:
We will discuss the proposed use of the 6th grade wing by District 21 during Summer 2019 for one of its summer school programs. It needs space due to construction. District 21 approached District 23 back before the beginning of 2019 and we have been in discussions about the terms of use.
Brian Rominski studied our needs and available uses, put together a cooperative terms sheet and an Intergovernmental Agreement was drafted. This is being proposed for approval at the May 2019 BOE meeting by both school districts. Brian met with CCSD21 representatives on Friday 4.26.19 to review the facility areas to be used in the proposed IGA. |
