Description: Hope Academy of Northwest Arkansas is a proposed Open-Enrollment Public Charter School to be located within Bentonville School District. The sponsoring entity is Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter. The applicant is requesting to serve 40 students in grades K-3 beginning in the 2020-2021 school year. The applicant hopes to add grades each year until an enrollment cap of 70 students is met serving grades K-6 for the 2024-2025 school year. ADE staff reviewed the application, and concerns were shared with the applicant for response.
