IV.E. Ratification of the 2025-2027 Tentative Agreement with Educational Assistant Staff
Description:
School District and the Owatonna Educational Assistant Staff representatives reached a tentative agreement for the 2025-2027 school year on January 26, 2026. The Board received in its previous correspondence a summary sheet of the proposed salary/benefits and language changes.

IV.F. Temporary Learning Support Plan
Description:
The temporary support learning plan was presented at the January 26 school board meeting and the Board voted to support the plan through February 20. Administration continues to review the plan, and asks the Board to approve an extension through March 13 if it is determined that it is needed.
