Consideration to adopt the resolution declaring the list of District equipment, vehicles, and items as surplus property, no longer needed for school purposes.  Further, to direct the Superintendent to sell the items at a community sale, and to sell the equipment and vehicles to the highest bidder, in a bid process with minimum bids stated for each equipment and vehicle, or to otherwise discard, on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis.
