8.1. Accept the Long-Term Planning Task Force recommendation dated May 11, 2026, including the following referendum recommendations:

  1. Approval of an operating levy request in the amount of $600,000 per year for ten years, with the district guaranteeing the continuation of the School Resource Officer position for the duration of the levy.
  2. Approval of a capital projects referendum request in the amount of $26,400,000 for priority infrastructure and academic improvements, consistent with the tax tolerance identified through the community survey.
  3. Approval of a capital projects referendum request in the amount of $5,100,000 to provide centralized preschool programming space and facilitate the relocation of fifth grade to Central Middle School. This question shall be contingent upon voter approval of Question 2.
