VII.B.2. Discussion and Possible Action to Approve WRUSD Certified Teachers at $30.00 per hour rate and Administrators at $500 per daily rate to work on professional development and curriculum alignment/materials off contract time for SY 25-26.  Employment is contingent upon the Superintendent's approval of a verified timesheet for payment and grant funding.

VII.B.4. Possible Action to Approve Facility Usage Agreement between Navajo Division of Public Safety and Window Rock Unified School District from September 30, 2025, to August 31, 2028.

VII.B.5. Executive Session Re: Legal Advice and Direction Related to the Business Office and Administrator Investigation: The Governing Board may convene in executive session, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(4), to hear updates from its business manager and attorney regarding ongoing investigations, and to consult with its attorney, consider its position, and instruct its attorney regarding the Board's direction with respect to its administrator investigation and business audit.

VII.B.6. Action Item:  The governing board may authorize legal counsel to proceed as directed in executive session.
