Description:  The Maintenance Department is planning on holding a public auction for excess usable property owned by the school corporation.   The typical means of a public auction will be used and the sale is scheduled for Saturday, July 9, 2022.  The Maintenance Department solicited three quotes for an auctioneer with two responses.   The best quote was from IAA Auctioneers and the agreement is included in the packet.    Administration recommends approval for the sale with IAA Auctioneers and request further approval for the Superintendent and/or Chief Financial Officer to execute the agreement accordingly.

9) Acceptance of Gifts

The Administration recommends the acceptance of the following gifts for the month of May: 
F.1750- received a cash donation in the amount of $70.00 to go towards Linnwood Playground. 

GLASS Department received a donation of a used Accent 1000 communication device, originally valued at $7,295.00, from Renee Colette Petrie. 

JHS First Robotics Team 1646 received $1,000.00 from FIRST and $2,000.00 from the Purdue University In-Mac Award. 

JHS Band Program received a donation of 3 instruments. A tenor Saxophone valued at $2,300, a Trumpet valued at $100 and a Oboe valued at $125.
