2. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between South San Antonio ISD and the Alamo Community College District for the Learn to Swim program.

3. Approve the 2016-2017 District Improvement Plan & Campus Improvement Plans to create innovative school experiences that will raise student achievement.

DISCUSSION / POSSIBLE ACTION
|
|
1. Discussion and possible action to move the December regular called board meeting from December 21, 2016 to December 14, 2016.
|
|
2. Discussion and possible action to approve the selected vendors for RFP 2016-14 Charter Bus Services for the 2016-2017 school year and the possibility to renew an additional two (2) years, in one (1) year increment with Board approval. This will be a multiple award in the event the primary vendor is not available.
|
|
3. Discussion and possible action to renew Cisco Smartnet for network equipment.
|
|

1. Receipt and approval of Tabulation Report of the Canvass of Election Results.
|
|
2. Canvass of election results in accordance Chapter 67, Texas Election Code and related matters.
|
|
3. Presentation of Certificates of Election.
|
|
4. Administration of the Oath of Office by a notary public or other person authorized to administer oaths in Texas to the candidates elected to office or declared elected in the November 8, 2016, trustee elections in the South San Antonio ISD.

1. Organization of the Board of Trustees pursuant to Section 11.061(c) of the Election Code and Board Policy series BDAA, to wit:

CLOSED / EXECUTIVE SESSION
NOTICE: The Board of Trustees may elect to go into Closed Meeting any time during the meeting to discuss matters listed on the Agenda when authorized by the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. In the event the Board of Trustees elects to go into Closed Meeting regarding an Agenda Item, the Board of Trustees will hold a Closed Meeting to discuss individual personnel matters including termination, litigation and other matters the Board deems necessary. Upon completion of Closed Meeting, the Board of Trustees may, in the open session, take such action as appropriate on items discussed in a Closed Meeting. If, during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item listed on the agenda should be held in Closed Meeting, the Board will convene in such Closed Meeting in accordance with Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.088.
