VI.b. Borger Campus Roofing Project
Description:
The roofs at the Borger Campus sustained hail and other weather-related damage in 2019.  The college recently signed a settlement on the damage from the college insurance carrier (PEAT) to repair the roofs.  All insurance proceeds have been received.
The college received three bids to repair the Borger campus roofs and related work (replacing windows in the CLC building and old Plainsmen gym).  The bids are attached.

The insurance proceeds and the roof repair expenses were not included in the FY23-24 budget but were identified as an unbudgeted extraordinary item.
