Consideration and Possible Action, Including Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Sale of the Following Real Property (Surface Only), Together With Any and All Improvements on the Real Property:  Block 1, Cox's Addition, Bordered by Jackson Street, First Street and Hefferman Street, as Recorded in Volume 64, Page 67 of the Deed Records of Bee County, Texas ("the Property").  The Property is Commonly Known as the Vacant Lot Across from the District Maintenance Department Building at 309 N. Jackson Street.  To the Extent that the Survey Process Reveals Any Interest Owned by the District in the Northeast Corner of the Property Conveyed by C.F. Rudolph and Mary Ann Rudolph to Henry Frank Hawlowitz by Deed Dated August 6, 1914, Recorded in Volume 53, Page 268 of the Deed Records of Bee County, Texas, Such Interest is Included in the Property.

Public Hearing Regarding the Proposed Donation of the Following Surplus Real Property (Surface Only), Together With Any and All Improvements on the Real Property, to the Lott-Canada Alumni Association, Pursuant to Texas Education Code Section 11.1541:  All of the District's Interest in the Surface Only and Any Improvements Thereto Described as Being 902  W. Corpus Christi Street, Block 10 of Jones Western Addition to the City of Beeville, Texas ("Property").  The Property is Commonly Known as 902 W. Corpus Christi Street, Beeville, Texas, 78102.
