VIII. Zoning Ordinance Amendments

Description:
Both ponds and private roads were previously listed outside the Zoning Ordinance. The information regarding ponds is found in Chapter 10 Environment, Article V. and Private Roads is Chapter 22. The chapters containing information surrounding these two items outside the Zoning Ordinance is more comprehensive than what was adopted in the newest edition of the Vienna Township Zoning Ordiance.
The amendments suggested are attached and would allow the new Zoning Ordinance to reference the chapter where the regulations for both ponds and private roads can be found. Those regulations would then remain unchanged from the past. |
