II. Announcement by the Board President calling this meeting of the United Independent School District to order. Let the record show that a quorum of Board Members is present, that this meeting has been duly called, and that notice of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

V.A. Pursuant to Request for Qualifications Number 2014-005, approval of best qualified design builder for the Construction of four (4) ninth grade school campuses as part of the United Independent School District’s 2013 Bond program.

V.B. Pursuant to Request for Qualifications Number 2014-003, approval of best qualified design builder for the Construction of three (3) middle schools as part of the United Independent School District’s 2013 Bond program.

V.C. Pursuant to Request for Qualifications Number 2014-001, approval of best qualified design builder for the Construction of seven (7) elementary schools as part of the United Independent School District’s 2013 Bond program.

V.D. Approval of prioritization of design build projects based on financial considerations as recommended by United Independent School District Administration-Business and Finance Department.
