Discuss and consider all matters incident and related to the issuance and sale of "Coppell Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2020A", including the adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of such bonds, establishing parameters for the sale and issuance of such bonds and delegating certain matters to authorized officials of the District
V.B. Discuss and consider adoption of the 2020-2021 Maintenance and Operations and Debt Service Tax rates

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, private consultation with the Board's attorney when the Board seeks the advice of its attorney about: pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter.

 
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.

Consultation and deliberation regarding the recommendation of the Superintendent to send notice of proposed termination to Mr. Jimmy Burrows, a term contract teacher for good cause, as determined by the Board, pursuant to Section 21.211 of the Texas Education Code and Board Policies DFBA (LEGAL) and DFBA (LOCAL).
