V.A. Discuss and consider all matters incident and related to the issuance and sale of "Coppell Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2020A", including the adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of such bonds, establishing parameters for the sale and issuance of such bonds and delegating certain matters to authorized officials of the District

V.B. Discuss and consider adoption of the 2020-2021 Maintenance and Operations and Debt Service Tax rates

VI. CLOSED SESSION
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, private consultation with the Board's attorney when the Board seeks the advice of its attorney about: pending or contemplated litigation; a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter.
