Anyone wishing to speak before the CCC Budget Committee may attend the meeting and register to speak before the meeting begins. Registration for virtual public comment is required by noon on the day of the meeting by contacting the Board Secretary at kattie.riggs@clackamas.edu.

• Everyone signed up to speak is asked to provide their name; their address; whether they are a student, staff, or community member; and briefly describe the budget topic they will be commenting on.
• Comments are limited to three minutes.
• If a group wishes to speak, please designate one spokesperson for the group. In order to maintain the meeting schedule, repetitious comments may not be permitted.
• The Budget Committee will refrain from engaging in dialogue during the public comment period and will be asked to simply listen.
• Respectful consideration is expected for all comments.
• Individual personnel issues/concerns must not be discussed in a general public meeting.
