4) Special Demonstrations will be Held in the Library with the eSports Team, the Art Room, The Blueprint Staff in Classroom 105, the Shop, and the Greenhouse.

5) Refreshments will be Served in the Family and Consumer Science Room

6) An Instrumental Music Concert for Grades 5 through 12 will be Held in the High School Gymnasium at 7:00 P.M.

7) The Open House will Conclude with the End of the Concert at Approximately 8:00 P.M.

8) The scheduled meeting is a special ceremonial meeting for the Board of Directors of the Belmond-Klemme Community School District. The Board will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for the completion of the Junior-Senior High School Renovation.
A quorum of school board members may be present and participate in the ceremony. The meeting on the date above is an informal school board meeting. A formal meeting will not be convened, so rules of order will not be followed nor will any action be taken during this meeting time. The purpose of this agenda is simply to provide the public with full disclosure of all school board activities. No discussion will take place at the above meeting other than those topics disclosed in this agenda. Iowa Code § 21.4 on Public Notice of official meetings open to the public states, "a governmental body shall give . . . the tentative agenda of the meeting, in a manner reasonably calculated to apprise the public of that information." |
