Recommendation: 
Authorize the transfer of $90,000 from the Operations & Maintenance Fund into the Capital Projects Fund of Pleasantdale School District No. 107, Cook County, Illinois.
VI. Approval of Resolution Abating Working Cash Fund
Recommendation: To abate the Working Cash Fund of School District Number 107, Cook County, Illinois, in the amount of $750,000 and transfer said amount to the Capital Projects Fund.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests are filled by our FOIA officer, Mr. Sonntag.  The district fulfilled the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests below:
1. Megan McMillin requested records of correspondence regarding a personnel issue.
2. Karyn Lisowski requested records of emails during a specific time period.
3. Max Binnington with Judiciocracy.com requested records of contracts, bills, and correspondence between the district and any law firm from January 2020 to the present.
