6.a. It is the Administrative recommendation that the Finance Committee support the 2018-2019 Property/Casualty Insurance Renewal with Collective Liability Insurance Cooperative (CLIC) in the amount of $60,091.

7. INFORMATION/ACTION: 2018-2019 Prevailing Wage Resolution

7.a. The Administration recommends that the Finance Committee support the 2018-2019 Prevailing Wage Resolution.

8. INFORMATION/ACTION: Lauterbach & Amen, LLP – Letter of Engagement

8.a. It is the Administrative recommendation that the Finance Committee support the recommendation to utilize the services of Lauterbach & Amen, LLP for actuarial services associated with determining the value of Other Post-Employment Benefits for the years ending June 30, 2018 through June 30, 2021. The fees associated with this recommendation are $3,250 for June 30, 2018, $850 for June 30, 2019, $3,450 for June 30, 2020 and $890 for June 30, 2021.

9. INFORMATION/ACTION: 2018-2019 Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Annual Participation Form

9.a. It is the Administrative recommendation that the Finance Committee renew the Annual Participation Form with PLTW in the amount of $2,250 for the 2018-2019 school year.

10. INFORMATION/ACTION: Knovation (Brainpop & Nettrekker) Contract for 2018-2019 School Year

10.a. It is the Administrative recommendation that the Finance Committee recommends to accept the contract as presented by Knovation for the 2018-2019 school year in the amount of $6,817.04.

11. INFORMATION/ACTION: 2018-2019 Schoology Learning Management System Renewal for Lincoln Hall

11.a. It is the Administrative recommendation that the Finance Committee supports the renewal of the 2018-2019 Schoology Learning Management System contract for Lincoln Hall in the amount of $3,700.
