II.A. MacArthur Band Room Dedication
Description:
As part of the 75th Celebration of VIM Programs in District 23, the Band Room is being dedicated to longtime band director, Dave Thomas. Don will share an update on this special commemoration.

II.B. Representation in Eisenhower Planning - Design Meetings
Description:
As the construction design meetings are starting back up in the next few weeks, there is an opportunity for Committee involvement in this process.

II.C. Carousel Park Land Swap Agreement - Update
Description:
Amy will provide an update on discussions with the Arlington Heights Park District regarding a potential land swap agreement for Carousel and Patriot Park.

II.D. FY26 Furniture Update - Betsy Ross & Anne Sullivan Libraries

II.D.1. Betsy Ross Library - Phase 1
Description:
Amy will provide an overview of the plan to update the Betsy Ross Library.  As has been the case with all of the larger spaces, the gradual update will take place through several phases over multiple fiscal years.

II.D.2. Anne Sullivan Library - Phase 3
Description:
Phase 3 represents the final phase of work in the Anne Sullivan Library, with only the perimeter bookcases remaining to be replaced. Work will take place during the summer and may also include touch-up painting.

II.E. Ross - Sullivan Community Garden - Update on PTO Donation of Garden Boxes
Description:
The District has received a donation of $5,000 to go towards the purchase of garden boxes for the re-designed garden area. Amy has also received a donation of two additional boxes and a 10% minimum discount on the total order from the Vego Garden Company. Following approval, the District will order the boxes for installation later in the spring.

II.F. GaGa Ball Pit - PTO Donation
Description:
The District has received a donation from the PTO to purchase an outdoor GaGa Ball Pit for installation at Anne Sullivan School.  We are currently working with vendors to determine the best "flooring" material; asphalt or a rubberized tile.
