Description:
Representatives from the Prospect Heights Youth Baseball & Softball (PHYBS) organization will join us to discuss potential improvements to the Lou Johnson Field.

Description:
After legal advertisement, bids for snow removal and ice control services were received and opened on 9/19/19. Three submitted sealed bids were received. In evaluating the proposals, the last three years of invoices were reviewed to determine the district's average service type and frequency. The annual average services were then priced out for each vendor to determine the low bidder. It is recommended to approve the bid from MILIEU, and enter into a three year service contract.

Attachment has been revised as of 9.25.19. Contractors are in the process of submitting final paperwork. We expect all contracts to be closed out and fully paid at the November Board meeting.

Description:
Gene Goeglein, Health / Life Safety Consultant - NCISC visited the District and completed the required annual Life Safety Inspection. There were no identified H/LS violations cited in any of the school buildings and all buildings are deemed to be in full compliance.
