Subject:	II.A. Meet with PHYBS members regarding use of Eisenhower and MacArthur baseball fields
Subject:	II.B. Discuss approval of Eisenhower Summer HVAC Retrofit Proposal
Description: We will discuss the recommendation for approval of the proposal for the completion of the retrofit of the HVAC system at Eisenhower to occur this summer. Construction documents were created by ARCON and AMSCO Engineering. Based upon those documents, two proposals were sought from qualified mechanical engineering contractors. The first proposal is from EMCOR, the contractor that performed the retrofits in the pilot areas last year. The second proposal is from First Point Mechanical, the District's current HVAC service contractor. The Business Office and Department of Buildings and Grounds recommends the approval of the Emcor proposal.

Subject:	II.C. Discuss Survey Proposal/Update on AHPD Land Use
Description: We will discuss the Arlington Heights Park District / District 23 relationship concerning outdoor fields and spaces. This includes the land the District has been looking for contribution from AHPD to survey and the use of these fields.

Subject:	II.F. Discuss conducting custodial services survey
Description: We will discuss the plan of the Director of Buildings and Grounds to conduct a custodial services survey to determine what staff, administration and, possibly, parents, to set a benchmark regarding the satisfaction with current custodial services.
Subject:	II.G. Discussion of Post-Winter Assessment of Parking Lot Conditions
Description: We will discuss the plan of the Director of Buildings and Grounds to assess the parking lot conditions due to the 2018-19 winter months and the wear/tear experienced on the pavement. If conditions change, Brian will discuss the outline of a plan for the repair/maintenance of these issues.
Subject:	II.H. Discuss identification of funds for litigation of HVAC issues
Description: We will discuss a process by which the BOE, by resolution, can identify funds for the purpose of litigation. This way there is not a concern over payment of legal fees. Once the litigation is concluded, any remaining monies could be transferred into Fund 60 for the purpose of completing the HVAC, or any other, capital projects.
