Description:
We will review the monthly lost time and overtime reports generated for consideration by the committee in order to determine the sufficiency of, production by and needs of the custodial/maintenance unit.

Description:
We will discuss the performance of the HVAC system, building issues concerning the HVAC system and needs of each building.

II.C. Summer Parking Lot Survey and Site Work -- Eisenhower Elementary School
|
|
|
Description:
We will discuss the need to begin the process of preparing the bid specifications for the parking lot projects at Eisenhower Elementary School as part of our long term project list. This process must begin before the late fall/early winter in order to put the bid specifications together for distribution to possible contractors and engage in the bid process. In order to accurately prepare bid documents we need to conduct a pre-engineering study of the asphalt lot and subsurface. The involves both a geo-tech engineering company (soil structure and existing asphalt profile documentation) and an environmental engineer (EPA Soil Disposal Certifications). The proposals from Rubino Engineering and True North Consultants are attached.

Description:
The District received a request for repair and/or improvement to the baseball field at Eisenhower Elementary School. We will review and discuss the current state and future of the Eisenhower Elementary School Baseball Fields.

We will discuss the possible options for exploration of the replacement for the current maintenance position upon retirement of current employee. The Business Office and Buildings & Grounds Department is seeking to determine the position(s) that will be hired for 2019-20 based upon industry standards, expectations for positions and financial possibilities.
