WHEREAS the following; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of Independent School District #162-Bagley School Board does hereby accept the following donation:

*$500 from Clearwater Co. Agricultural Society for Elementary School
*$1,716.15 from City of Bagley for Elementary Playground
*$875 from Northwest MN Foundation for Elementary Playground
*$300 from Cornerstone of Bagley for School Supplies - High School
*$130 from Cornerstone of Bagley for School Supplies - Elementary School
*$100 from Cornerstone of Bagley for School Supplies - High School
6.B. 2025 Payable 2026 Preliminary Levy
Levy Limitation and Certification 2025 Payable 2026

I recommend the School Board certify the "Maximum" on the Levy Limitation and Certification 2025 payable 2026. When a School Board certifies the "Maximum", no specific dollar amount is given, so there is no need to decertify revisions to the Levy Limitations and Certification (LLC) report. The Board can make corrections downward, but cannot raise the Levy after the Board Certifies the preliminary Levy.
