Description:
Description:  Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 13D.05, subdivision 3(a), the School Board will close the meeting to evaluate the performance of the Superintendent. This session is permitted under the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of conducting a personnel evaluation.  The board will release a statement summarizing the evaluation when it reopens.
