2.A. *Executive Session - Pursuant to ARS38-431-03 (A)(1), the Governing Board may vote to convene in Executive Session to discuss applications and terms of employment in preparation to hire a new Superintendent. Any legal action related to the proposed contract will occur in open session.

2.B. The Governing Board convened in executive session to discuss the applications that have been received for the Superintendent position. They will decide which applicants to interview and what times they will offer interviews.
