4.c. Consider and take possible action for the Early Voting Clerks for May 2024 School Board Election; The Early Voting clerk will be Donna Golden for Leon County and Rebekah Callaway for Robertson County and the Deputy Early Voting clerks will be Martha Bing and Shannon Guyton.

4.e. Consider and take possible action concerning an agreement on Leon ISD mineral rights.
