4.a. Consider and discuss placing a 911 Tower on school property as presented by Commissioner T.J. Foley.

4.b. Consider and discuss purchasing additional panic buttons from BrightWatch in the amount of $7,864.02.

4.c. Consider and discuss bids received for the demolition of the current home stands and press box as well as pouring the new concrete slab.

4.d. Consider and discuss Adult meal prices, breakfast and lunch, for the 2024-2025 school year as recommended by the Texas Department of Agriculture. The price will change for breakfast from $2.75 to $3.29 and lunch will be from $4.15 to $4.99.

4.e. Consider and discuss the proposed Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Tax Rate consisting of a compressed rate of $.6421 and an additional $.05 golden pennies for a Total M&O tax rate of $.6921 for 2024-2025 school year.

4.f. Consider and discuss the proposed Interest and Sinking (I&S) Tax Rate of $.13 for the 2024-2025 school year and consider and take possible action to set a date and time for a meeting to adopt the 2024-2025 budget and tax rate.

Consider and discuss delegating contractual authority, for the 2024-2025 school year, to obligate the school district under Texas Education Code (TEC) §11.1511(c)(4) to the superintendent, solely for the purpose of obligating the district under TEC, §48.257 and TEC, Chapter 49, Subchapters A and D, and the rules adopted by the commissioner of education as authorized under TEC, 49.006. This includes approval of the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit.
