Consideration to award the following cafeteria bids according to the bid specifications, lowest bidder, and in the best interest of the school district: bread and bread products to Kohl Wholesale, 130 Jersey Street, Quincy, IL 62306; dairy items to Prairie Farms Dairy, 10518 Old U.S. Hwy 50 East, Breese, IL 62230; and dish chemical items to Kohl Wholesale, 130 Jersey Street, Quincy, IL 62306, effective for the 2023-2024 school year. |
IV.F. Consideration to approve the 2023-2024 Waterloo CUSD5 Consolidated District Plan submitted to the Illinois State Board of Education.

IV.G. Consideration to designate First National Bank of Waterloo, Illinois; and the Illinois School District Liquid Asset Fund Plus as depositories of District Funds.

IV.H. Consideration to establish the Waterloo CUSD5 Imprest Fund account, with First National Bank of Waterloo, effective July 1, 2023, and to approve the signature card, by allowing the authorized signatures: Deana Batson, Julie Bradley, Marla Byrd, and Stacy Kosydor; and to further, close the Imprest Fund account with State Bank of Waterloo.
