X.A. Consideration to enter into a lease agreement with St. Paul Evangelical Burial Park - Conrad Kolmer Memorial Cemetery, for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030, for rental of a storage building located at 300 Hamacher Street, Waterloo, IL.
