X.A. Consideration to enter into a lease agreement with St. Paul Evangelical Burial Park - Conrad Kolmer Memorial Cemetery, for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030, for rental of a storage building located at 300 Hamacher Street, Waterloo, IL.

X.B. Consideration to award a five-year contract for lease of district copier machines and maintenance.

X.C. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract agreement between Waterloo CUSD5 and Archview Metals Systems Company, in the amount of $27,962.00, for sheet metal work at Waterloo High School.

X.D. Consideration to approve Kennel Klub school-year programming in addition to the annual stipend for administrators hosting, and to set the rate of pay for Kennel Klub staff.
